PureSteel Solutions warrants that its steel deck railing products are manufactured to professional-grade standards and will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship (by PureSteel Solutions) for a period of 15 years from the original date of purchase. 

This warranty covers: 

• Structural integrity of the railing system under normal use 

• Resistance to corrosion, peeling, cracking, or flaking of factory-applied finishes, including powder coating 

Conditions: 

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable 

• Products must be installed in accordance with PureSteel Solutions’ specifications and guidelines 

• Warranty coverage applies to normal use in intended commercial or residential applications 

This warranty does not cover: 

• Improper installation, misuse, alteration, or third-party modifications 

• Damage due to exposure to harsh chemicals 

• Natural aging, minor color changes, or surface wear due to environmental exposure are considered normal and are not covered. 

• Damage resulting from natural events, including but not limited to hail, high winds, flooding, earthquakes, lightning, or other severe weather conditions or environmental phenomena. 

• Labor costs for removal, reinstallation, or site access 

• Incidental or consequential damages, including delays, loss of use, or other project-related costs 

Remedy: 

PureSteel Solutions’ sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion, to repair or replace any product determined to be defective. No other remedy is available.

Except as expressly stated above, PureSteel Solutions disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
